Epcot AM EMH Question

Assuming Epcot is the AM EMH Park on a Wednesday...
Assuming we are @ the gate @ 8 AM...
Is it possible to do Test Track & Mission:Space & Energy by 9 AM?

The last time I did EMH at Epcot, none of those rides were open until the rope drop @ 9 AM.

According to Disney, the following attractions are open for morning EMH:

Mission: SPACE®
Spaceship Earth
Test Track
Universe of Energy

If none of these were open when Eeyore1954 was there, it must have been a boring morning! What was open?

There is no way you could be done with all 3 by 9 AM because the ride for Universe of Energy takes 45 minutes.
