EPCOT after the Halloween Party

We are going to Disney October 5th and 6th of this year. On Thursday the 5th, we will attend MNSSHP. On Friday, we want to go to EPCOT. My kids (6 and 8) have never been and I haven't been since college in...well, never mind when! Anyway, I was wondering what you thought we might accomplish on that day. I've told my daughter she is limited to 3 princesses (Mulan, Aurora and Belle were her choices). Also, we probably won't arrive until around 11 or so. We can stay until about 8 pm or so when we have to leave to get our friends at the airport. We are driving up to Gainesville late Friday night for the UF Homecoming game on Saturday, so we can't extend out time at Disney. Our primary reason for coming is the Halloween party, but we did want to get a taste of a new (for the kids) park. I know we can get 1 tier one FP, but not sure what else we should attempt.
