EPCOT - 2 Adults (Mom and Daughter) WITHOUT KIDS...Where to Go?

When we go to Epcot the two restaurants that we have to go to are Le Cellier and Les Chefs de France; they are both so delicious and low key. We don't have kids when we go so we're similar in that sense. However, they both are rather difficult to get a reservation for. If there are not any openings for your time I suggest checking daily in the hopes that someone may cancel theirs (it's worked for us in teh past).
