Enzo's Hideaway pistachio cake

They won't give you the Orlando Magical Dining menu unless you ask, but the hostess' acting slightly miffed that I asked was the only thing that was slightly off about this amazing dining experience. I would love the recipes for the succulent eggplant main dish and the super delicious pistachio cake. I asked the server if Disney restaurants still provide recipes when asked, and he said it wasn't a Disney restaurant, but is owned by an Italian group that also does the Epcot Italy restaurants and others. So, does anyone know how to make that cake? He said it would take a long time to make, but I want to try it.

Also, Enzo's is part of the Patina Group of restaurants so you could also try contacting the restaurant and the parent company with your request. Having as much info as possible will help - the exact name of the dish, a description of it and which restaurant.
