Entry for Disneyland Half or 10K

A friend would like to enter either the Disneyland Half or 10K this year. Since both are sold out, is there any simple way for her to get a registration? She has checked some tour companies but most of them want to include a hotel package, and since she lives in the area she doesn't want to pay for a hotel.

I think the only other option is a charity bib. She can check the rundisney site for the list of charities.
