Entertainment card - what's wrong?

Made our reservations onsite for Feb 24 - 28 and our rates were over $200/night. Read on the boards about the entertainment card. Received our card - called the hotel and asked for the entertainment rate, they did not know what I was talking about, they transferred me to their vacation club person and they didn't know what I was talking about. Is there a secret lingo to getting the rooms at the entertainment rate?

I was going to do a search and I can't find the search mode either.

The entertainment rate has been gone for a few years. Those were old posts sorry. Now you have APH (annual pass holder), AAA, and SS (Super Saver) and the Stay More Save More which automatically shows up if it's available. Try playing around with your dates if you ca. I saved $50 moving my trip forwar one day!
