I want to do a one-way car rental from the Miami Airport to the Port of Miami the morning of my upcoming Disney cruise due to wanting to pick up items from multiple Miami shops before boarding. Round trip is much more expensive including parking so not an option. Car service is also overpriced. I'm traveling solo so wouldn't want to leave my luggage in a taxi while shopping.
Avis and Budget have locations near the cruise port with shuttles, but they're expensive for such a short rental. Enterprise does not have a close to cruise port option, but does have locations at the Doubletree Grand, South Beach and Marriott Miami Bricknell that are all within a few miles of the port, and they're about half the price of Avis/Budget (and I prefer renting with Enterprise, anyway).
Has anyone used one of those locations for drop off, and found a method to get from them to the cruise port? Any recommendations for which I should choose? They're all the same price. TIA.
