Entering Universal Studios at Closing?

We have an extra day on our pass and decided to stop by Universal after some morning plans. We are estimating arriving at 4-4:30p. USF closes at 5p that day so we would just be hanging out at IOA. However, I want to know when they stop letting people in the park, particularly on a HHN day? We want to just go in and ride the train over to IOA, to get that whole London to Hogwarts experience to kick off our trip.
