?Entering Epcot via International Gateway

How does it work entering through the international gateway first thing in the morning going to Epcot. Thanks for your help!

They have the World Showcase blocked off but you can get to Future World.

If you want to get in for the first tea seminar,this works great,because you go right past the UK pavilion on your way into Future World. I plan to do this when I get there this Sunday.

Last week when entering through the International Gateway, we were held on the ramp going up to the WS until about 8:55am. When the ropes dropped, you had to go left, past the UK & Canada, to get to FW. We went through the rose garden to get to the Land more quickly. Crowds were pouring into the Land. DH went & got FP for Soarin' and then we went to the Nemo preview.

From memory I am picturing the gate at the boardwalk entrance. Do they open that gate at the same time that future world opens?

The Epcot International Gateway gate is nearest the Boardwalk and Beach Club resorts.
It opens in (near) "sync" with the front gates of Epcot.
