I found this while I was poking around the internet-do they offer anything like this anymore? It sounds wonderful!

Nope they won't assist you at all with stuff like this anymore they just didn't ahve the staff - if you can imagine they have around many thousands of enquiries for weddings alone and only a small percentage of these actually turn into weddings i.e. revenue for Disney so think how many more calls they'd get for Engagements alone and on statstics alone I bet it would be a whole many more enquiries than they get for the weddings.

Of course "proposers" can always plan there own surprises perhaps set things up with Restaurant Managers.

Or you can plan something like Disney used to do with Gifts of a Lifetime - they plan very special engagements and can do them in the parks.
