Are there any enery drinks out there that work/help? I would be also interested in the less sugary versions.

If possible to help with the budget - does the drink that you recommend come in a four pack?

I am in a master's program and I have no energy. I often have to stay up very late to finish assignments.

Any suggestions?

TIA

Just heard on the news today that coconut water is more benficial than energy drinks which are loaded with sugar.

Coconut water has a lot of good benefits such as higher amounts of potasium which is essential if you are an athlete. Helps with digestion, urinary track issues.
Google it to read more.

Coconut water sells for eighty-eight cents for a 20 oz can.

That sounds cool!

I just don't know much about the energy drinks on the market. I don't really drink soda. Or coffee that often. But I know that the energy drinks do have caffeine.

Do some have vitamins too?

hrm funny that you mention this Soda Stream actually has a diet energy drink. You should check it google soda stream I love it.

I'm a distributer for a top ranked energy drink that has no sugar, carbs and is only 8 calories. There are 14 different flavors. The drinks use a vitamin B blend for the energy. PM me if you have any questions and I will pm OP with more details.

If you have a Big Lots in your area check them out. Ours often has many varieties of sugar free energy drinks for 60 cents per ginormous can. Also, Aldi has their own version of sugar free red bull (I think it's called Red Thunder) that's cheaper than buying Red Bull at Sam's club...

My advice is to just buy one of each to "try" I am a BIG coffee drinker and handle caffiene well, but one day at work I was desperate and got a Monster energy drink from the vending machine, I was shaking and felt awful for hours.

I have heard good things about "5 hour energy" but have not tried it, my experience with the last one has scared me away.

I WAS JUST ABOUT TO SAY THIS!!! I like coconut water. ONE is a great brand. I don't 'do' propel, gatorade, vitamin water, etc.... GROSS! Chemicals are bad.

Oh... O-H, Shelly! I'm from Columbus :goodvibes We buckeyes are so smart. ;)

Are you looking for something to keep you awake or something to get you through a good workout?

Be careful with Zipp Fizzz. It's loaded with caffeine. I can handle caffeine and yet that stuff made me shake like crazy. It even has a warning on the package.
