does anyone know how i can get all the stuff at the end of my messages off???

Try editing your signature. It's possible that an old countdown timer code is no longer valid so instead of showing what's supposed to show, it shows all the "code" instead of the results.

At almost the top left of this page click USER CP and then edit signature then remove all the old code..
