End of September

Hi! Its been a few years since we have been to Disneyworld. My question is how bad is the heat at the end of September? I have been looking at it shows average temp is around low 90's. Is there a lot of humidity? How are the evenings? Is there much rain or is it just a spot shower here and there? I know it is a hurricane season. Also, what times are the parks open to normally during the end of September?

Any advice for the heat would be great. I have read the cooling towels and electrolyte powders. Is there any other tips or tools that would be helpful.

It is still pretty humid. You can go onto the weather channel and look at the forecast, it tells you the humidity percentage. It will more then likely rain at some point in the day. The weather this time of year is not consistent. You can get a nice day when it is not too hot or humid, or a rainy, chillier day. But mostly it is still hot and humid with a chance of rain. I don't really have any tips for the heat other then going into air conditioning as much as possible.

We lived just outside of Orlando for about a year and now live 3 hours North of WDW....temps can vary at the end of September, but pretty much still mostly 90's, humid, and showers on and off. I'm sure you already know that September is hurricane season. As far as the heat and humidity, we haven't had huge problems visiting the parks as long as we take a break from 12-5 each day. Although we did have an infant in the late April heat, and her being in a carrier was hot and problematic. If you don't have infants traveling with you, or anyone who is elderly I would definitely go in September! Have a great trip
