It was the end of the month Oct 26-31 2000. The lines weren't too too bad. I actually thought they were short seeing the last time I had been there was the week after Easter in 1999 it was PRE fast pass and there were some lines that were over 2 hours waits. The weather was gorgeous.

We usually go in this timeframe or the first week in December. I've never noticed large crowds. We'll be there this time again this year. Can't wait.

We went in 2002 the exact time you are asking about...the crowds were definitely minimal! We had an amazing time, walked onto every single ride all weekend, and even rode things more than once without getting off because no one was in line. We also did MNSSHP on Nov 1 and found the same thing, no waiting for trick-or-treat lines OR rides, all night! I love that time of year at the World
