What is better as far as heat, humidity and rain amounts for the fort? Third week of July or the first week of September. Our Popup does have a good A/C.

Hmmmm...I would guess no difference there in my recollection of living there 15 years, but maybe others will have a different opinion. Only thing I would say is September is more in the more likely formation part of hurricane season, but certainly could happen in late July as well.

Heat will be the same. It may be less crowded in Sept because of school starting.
