end of february visit to DL?

hi! for any february vets do you often encounter many ride refurbs at this time? im considering going a little ealry and have never been in feb. am wondering if many of the bigger rides would likely be down, or no? like POTC, space, splash, indiana, ect? and any other add ins about february such as weather, is appreciated! thanks!

I go the last weekend of Feb every year. I have not noticed a huge problem with refurbs or rides being down. IASW was down for a while, but it's back now. I know the Orange Stinger is down now (which is a shame since that is my dd's favorite ride!). I think someone else posted link for refurb schedules.

The weather is usually great. Not to say it *couldn't* rain, but it hasn't so far. It can be cool in the mornings and evenings (sweatshirt weather) but it's usually pleasant in the afternoons.

I will warn you that the last weekend in Feb is cheerleader competition, so some people don't like that. But nothing as crowded as being there during the summer!

I'll be at the Anabella from Feb. 26-29th!

We went very end of Feb-first couple days of March this year and it was wonderful. Weather was pleasant, warm but not hot. Crowds were pretty light. None of our favorite rides were down for refurb (all the major rides). Have fun planning!
