Enchanted Tiki Room 50th Anniversary Artist Catalog

I love the Enchanted Tiki Room. It is celebrating it's 50th Anniversary at Disneyland coming up and there are some cool artist pieces in the event catalog. Several pieces are by Kevin Kidney and Jody Daley and a very nice one by David Avanzino. The Shag pieces are interesting too. However, do they not call them Dole Whips in Disneyland? In the catalog the pieces are listed as Pineapple Treats?
