I can very vaguely remember my preteen years, and I'm not so sure I would have given that extra pin to a man I'd met the night before, even if they were friends with my mom. So kudos to Riley for being so thoughtful!

I scurried away into MouseGears, mostly to scope out the merch for future purchases.
I like to look through everything first and then make mental notes for later.

Oh my I had the same reaction (although much more subtle at the time). It was just way too funny to be angry about. Honestly, I thought it was great. Sadly, I don't think I kept it. I think knowing I had the photo was enough. I may have a look around though.

Back around September, I was reading Carrie’s PTR for this trip, and she had posted photos of some pins.
The source was the Dream Squad from the “Year of a Million Dreams”… also known as 2008/9.
There were 2 identical exclusive pins in the set…

“One to give and one for you. Now you can spread a little magic of your own.
Simply detach the card with pin below and give it to another Disney guest.”

Well, long story short, I had (sorta) jokingly volunteered to be that Disney guest and…

After they left for the tea party, I grabbed a locker out front to store my stuff.

Seriously, there were so many things I wished I'd taken photos of like some group shots at the Osborne Lights,
Yet I make a special point of photographing the locker.

Ahem.... I was going to give you a hard time about that but now that I think about it we were all mesmerized by the lights so I can understand. I'm guilty of the same thing.

Honestly though, I don't have many regrets from this trip. It was my favourite ever after all. But the one regret I do have is missing so many photo opportunities. It's great to be caught up in the moment, but I really wish I had captured a bit more of the moments. I'm so thankful to you that you at least got some that I missed.
