NOOOO security! That happened to me when I was going to Disney once. The line was not moving at all and we just barely made our plane. It was also my first time going without my parents (I went with my best friend at the time) so I was PANICKED.

Another lovely update, Rob...I'm so glad you have made some great friends for life through the DIS!

Niagra looks incredible and I would absolutely love to go there one day. I'm heading to the USA from Scotland in a few weeks (yay...so excited....five weeks tomorrow!) and we're visiting NYC, Chicago and Las Vegas. We had initially thought of fitting in a trip there but we're just not going to have time!

It took me a while to catch up but I finally did! The voices of liberty sounds amazing and I can't wait to see them when we go in Dec.

That is so cool that you got to walk through EPCOT after hours. Not exactly the same, but my fiancé and I got our engagement pictures taken at a local amusement park in the winter and we got to go behind the scenes to the empty water park area. It was so eerie seeing that part of the park completely empty. At the same time it was a really cool feeling to be able to be somewhere where the general public wasn't allowed. I can't imagine being able to experience that feeling at Disney. Really special.

Also I'm loving your mini TR to the falls. How awesome that you got to spend time with Carrie and Riley!! Can't wait to hear more!

okay Rob heres the plan..........we'll get a helicopter with a giant horseshoe magnet dangling from a rope........then we'll fly it over the building where all the props are from "Honey I shrunk the kids",you'll line it up cause you'll be driving it ( I only drive in Tomorrowland) and the magnet will magically take the roof off.........then I'll scale down the rope and grab the shrink ray thingy(that's the technical term) and we will stop Riley from growing FOREVER MUAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!


Oh and because we are Disney folk we will return the shrinker thingy and replace the lid of the building as any good Diser would.

I've never been out to the falls (been to the maritimes twice, once when I was 2 and once for gymanstics, and only been to TO for my interview bhahaha) it's gorgeous and I definitely want to go someday, but that adventure will come in the future!

OMG it so amazing. And the area is super fun too. So much stuff to do, I had no idea. I would be there all the time (whenever I wasn't working or in Disney of course)

Looks like you had a wonderful time at Niagara Falls and Canada's Wonderland. I grew up in Erie, PA about an hour away from the falls. My friends and I liked to cross the bridge to the Canadian side so we could drink at the age of 18.

So wonderful that you have stayed such good friends with Carrie and her girls and such great memories you are all making.

Oh I'm just getting started. Lots more to come yet. I LOVE THAT BRIDGE!!! And yes, haha, nice job on getting around that pesky drinking age.

It still amazes me that this entire trip was a result of a DISmeet. It's pretty amazing.

This is so cool! I live just a couple of hours from the Falls (Guelph, Ontario) so we've been there many times. It's still an amazing sigh to see all that water rushing over the edge, though.

I was blown away Teresa. Like most, I'd seen video and photos, seen the Falls in movies, but nothing prepares you for seeing them in person.

I think I would have had the same reaction as Riley did to the surprise! Just trying to process what the heck is going on at first!

I have never been to the falls, but that is on my list of to-dos some day. Grand Canyon is on the list as well. Will points out we could check these things off the to-do list if we did less WDW vacations. Fat chance!

Yeah, she was just a little bit shocked I think. She was just texting me on her mom's phone a few weeks before and we were talking about her going to the Zoo and Wonderland. But she was excited, I can say that.

Haha, I feel ya Elena. I have always wanted to see the Falls, but Disney always wins. So it was that extra incentive to visit that turned the tide.

Thanks so much for the info, unfortunately my closest Disney Store is about 1 1/2 hours from me so I called to see if they had any of the dolls before I made that long drive. They have nothing Frozen except for some t-shirts and a beach towel.

I'll just keep watching and waiting and hoping that eventually they will release a few more and I will be able to snag them. Just crazy how hard it is to get Frozen items.

I will check out Amazon for the book bag, I know my daughter wants a Frozen one for school this year.

OMG it was an awful feeling Courtney. It would be one thing if I had slept in or had some other mishap, but to be stupidly sitting right there the whole time, I just really would have no excuse. Not how I wanted the trip to start.

It was very cool indeed. Heart stopping beforehand, but such a great experience. It really was special since so few would have had that opportunity.

Yup, there are a couple crossover dates in there. In fact the main reason I picked the dates I did was was so I would crossover as many other trips as possible. I am indeed going to the MNSSHP on the 23rd. I already have my ticket, so that is locked. I'm jealous of your FP's. Because I'm staying offsite this time, I can't pick FP's until the 30 day mark and its really painful. There was a time when Annual Passholders could choose at the 60 day mark. No more. So I'm hopeful something good will still be available.

Haha, that's quite all right. You've got quite a bit on your plate and I'm sure it's not easy seeing Madison heading off to college.
