Emporium merchandise - any way to get a replacement?

There may already be similar threads out there, but I'll ask this question. My wife purchased a pair of sunglasses at the Emporium during our vacation in April. Is there any type of website I can visit or any other way to get a replacement pair without making another trip to the happiest place on Earth?

Contact the merchandise number but being so long ago I doubt they would send a replacement pair. You can use the same number to order another pair or use the Shop Disney app or look on the Disney store website

If they broke you have a good chance of replacing. My middle child broke my oldest's favorite Disney plate. It was TWO YEARS old (I just wanted to buy a new one) and they searched high and low and eventually sent me something for free that wasn't a plate and 3 x the price lol.
