We were going to use them for the carpet in our newly finished, Disney themed family room. But when the guy came out, they didn't even have a dark blue carpet in the highest-grade carpet....and that's what we wanted!! So we had to send the guy on his way. (They did have dark blue in the cheapo grade though)!
IMO, they don't have a big enough selection. DH says that is how they are able to deliver it the next day.
