Empire of the Penguin Mild Expedition ride and motion sickness

Hi: I am taking an adult special needs person on this ride. Can anyone tell me if there could be a problem with motion sickness or is this super scary, in the dark etc?

I get motion sickness very easily.
We did the mild side and it was completely fine. It's not pitch black. But freezing cold when you get out in the penguins!
