EMH on check-in/check-out days

Can I use early morning extra magic hours on the days I check in an check out? I plan to check in and check out somewhere between 6 am and 7 am on both days.

As long as you have your magic bands, you can do it. You don’t need to be checked in. Most people can do online check in and skip the front desk so there’s nothing physical you would have to do to be eligible to attend. No need to go to the desk to check out either. Just show up, they will scan your band and you’re in. You’re eligible to attend EMH on your check out day (both AM and PM).

Yep. We did this in November. After a lot of back and forth on how to do it best, we woke up at 5:15 at AK, ubered it to BLT at 6 with all our bags, dropped them at bell services, and were at MK by 6:40. It was a 7 am opening and it was our best park day of the trip. I was stressing over that one day so much before the trip but it worked out beautifully. We would have done a Minnie Van but they didn't start running early enough for my liking.
