EMH in the Studios

Hi all, we are going to DLP in mid November. I see that the EMH during the weekdays while we are there are listed as in the Studios. Every other trip it was always the Disney Park that had the EMH.
What attractions are normally open during EMH in the Studios (although it seems Crush's Coaster is closed during our week) ?

From memory Crush,Cars,ToT,RnRC,Slinky Dog,RC Racer,Parachute drop and I *think* Ratatouille has been included before now
