EMH for little ones

Hi everyone, We are going in Sept. and are wondering if Disney is still offering special EMH for little ones. I forget what it is called. I think Fantasyland opened earlier, or something like that. We will have 3 kids w/us...ages 9,7 and almost 3. Littlest ones first trip to Disney.
Also have any of done an early breakfast @ Crystal Palace and got in before the Park officially opens? What is the earliest breakfast starts? Thanks! ( I make ADR's next week)
