EMH, FEA, and Garden Grill 9:00 am ADR?

I've been looking for the last few weeks to get a Garden Grill ADR but the best I've gotten is a 9am. I wanted to do a quick morning at Epcot (EMH) to ride Frozen before breakfast. Is this possible? Someone suggested I won't make it.

I've also heard I should ride Soarin' but my son is too small to ride and I have PF+ set for our afternoon at AK already. I'm going to keep trying to find later breakfast times, but would like to get some feedback on how possible this plan might be! We leave in 11 days (!!!) so there's not much time for updating dinning reservations!

9am is park opening, so no, that isn't going to work.

There are early morning hours the day of the reservation. I've been using the reservation finder and Epcot breakfasts are booked solid that morning!
