EMH During Feb. Break (President's Day Week)

DBF is still unconvinced about evening EMH at Epcot. This is a very busy, but not Spring Break / Christmas busy and Epcot is our favorite park. We won't do morning EMH and usually do a later, signature dinner then return to the room.
What have your experiences been with PM EHH, specifically at Epcot, during busier times?

Last summer, FEA was an actual 20-25 min wait (I'm sure it said more. Line barely started outside..but it moves faster with no FP+). when we got in line 5min before Illuminations ended (line looked 10 min longer by Thebes's time we left FEA) and Soarin was about 15 min by the end of the night.

I know we lazily meandered a bit, but otherwise FEA, TT and Soarin are possible if you get in a line before Illuminations ends.
