EMH Details - "up to three hours"?

Read most the posts on EMH here but I have yet to see any official announcements of exact hours. Does anyone know whether when this starts up in January and Feb. the evening hours will be a full 3 hours? I'm not sure whether their "up to" language is just Disney being conservative in their publicity or whether they may decide to do only an hour or two in the evenings.

David, I don't have an answer for you but wanted to thank you for pointing that out because I had overlooked that fine point.

I think it may be from one to three hours, depending on the park and time of year. I'd be pleasantly surprised, for example, if the AK was open an additional three hours on those days when it's scheduled to close at 8 pm.
