We have stayed at this wonderful place at least 5 times, most recently just after 9/11/01.
This is a wonderful property, which is right off of Palm Parkway, is only 1.5 miles away from Downtown Disney and a mile from the Crossroads Shopping Center on SR-525, the Apopka-Vineland boulevard.
The Embassy Suites at LBV is a clean, airy, well lit, nicely maintained property that has always been a pleasure to visit. The atrium design makes the place feel roomy and uncrowded.
The hotel has lovely facilities, including conference rooms, fitness center, a children's playground, laundry room, and an in-ground pool with an indoor area in case of inclement weather.
The suites are roomy, and nicely appointed, the mini kitchen is sufficient for most things unless you plan to prepare elaborate meals in-room.
Having said all of that, I think that it is important to mention the one amenity that makes the LBV Embassy Suites stand out from all others. The full, made to order breakfast that is included in the price of your room. Now, this is no on again, off again buffet, this is a real meal. Eating breakfast is important, and Orlando travelers know that one of the largest expeditures they are going to make on their trip is on food. Having the ability to sit down to a nicely made omlette, or pankcakes, or cold cereal before starting your day in the parks is a great thing, and easy on your wallet, since the meal is included in the price of your room. This is especially true of families with children.
I heartily recommend it to everyone.
