emails from Disney with wrong name

Whenever I get emails from Disney, with or without PIN code, it says to the Brannen Family. That is not me or anyone in my family.Our name is not even close to that name. I tried to email Disney, but still got another email to the Brannen Family. Any ideas what I can do to get my name corrected?

My DH had the same thing going on. He called CRO and they referred him to a lady named Felicia Reed (sp?) in marketing. She told him that the next time he gets an incorrect email pin-he's gotten two with the same name-to forward it to her.

This has been happening to me too. No idea where the other name came from. So annoying!

This has been happening to me too, but at least the last name is my maiden name. I've never paid for a trip under this name (I've been married 18 years), but I have linked a reservation with my parents, which is how I think this happened. I figure since I have used that name in the past, I can use the PIN (and I did )

This has happened to me and I have also gotten a snail mail card with a code address to my niece who was under 18 at the time. I was told by CM that the trip needs to be booked by the addressee of the mail or e-mail in order to use the code.
