Hi peeps,

I'm about to draft a complaint about my Dream AP parrainage form not being accepted by a CM on a recent trip to DLRP by a member here - which email address do I use to contact DLRP?

Thanks,

Elaine

I can't find an email address directly for the AP Bureau but I've found this postal address

Disneyland® Resort Paris
Communication visiteurs BP100
77777 Serris Cedex 4

it was on the page here

I think the BP in the address means Bureau Passeport

Ignore what I said in the above post about BP meaning Bureau Passeport :rotfl: it's in this address I lifted from The Very Useful Info sticky

Guest Communications
Disneyland Resort Paris
B.P. 100
77777 Marne La Vallee Cedex 4
France

it's probably the post code!! :lmao: :lmao:

Thanks very much Elaine :thumbsup2 -

I'll transfer my draft email to a letter, and get it sent off.

Elaine

I have used this email address before back in 2004, so I would imagine it is still the same:

DLP.GUEST.COMMUNICATION@disney.com ( i don't think it needs to be in captials as I have just copied & pasted of an old email I didn't know I still have)

Thats great, thank you.

I think I'll take the belt-and-braces approach, and send it by letter and email, stating I have done both.

Elaine

Of course I can't find it now I want it, but I'm 99% sure I've used that email address and had a response when I was trying to find out about the free under 7s APs.
