Still not on iTunes.. I wonder if my iTunes is slow for some reason because it always takes forever to show the new DIS Unplugged podcasts.

I've been having quite a time lately getting podcasts on iTunes!! I usually have to go search them out and they will not auto download like the used to. I will hit "subscribe" again, just to be sure, but sure enough, the next week, the same thing will happen. Ugh. But all worth it for the glorious DIS podcast!!

Wow, 83MB for the show! That is going to either be a 3 and half hour show or the show was recorded at 96hz sample rate at 320mbps and is 30 minutes long.

If you're looking for the show in the iTunes store, that usually takes quite a while to update (although as of writing this, the two new shows are, in fact, showing up there). The best way to do it is to subscribe to the show and then in your Podcast section in iTunes, right-click (or control-click) on the title and hit "Update Podcast." The new shows will appear immediately regardless of whether or not the store has updated.

I know it's iTunes 101, but hopefully it'll help someone! And as for all the comments about my post count, all I can say is.....don't act like you're not impressed.

Looks like he bumped up the bit rate (56 to 192 kbpds) which made a big difference in the sound quality. Typical thing for a musician to do.

Hey Scott...since you're Webmaster now, can you bump my posts up a few million?

Looks like he bumped up the bit rate (56 to 192 kbpds) which made a big difference in the sound quality. Typical thing for a musician to do.

I do have to say, the audio quality was great. I could he doggie claws on the floor. And anytime the mic was "handled," my subwoofer went nuts! LOL. I loved it. We just need to get Pete a Shure SM7B or and EV RE-20 and I will be a happy camper!
