Does anyone know where to get the address (either postal or email) for specific restaurants on the Disney property. I wanted to send them thank you letters and compliments to the chef for their amazing service over the years. I know they work very hard and want to send presents of some nature to them as well.

One specific reason is my nephew and his wife just got back from Disney. He was home for Iraq for two weeks and where better to spend than Disney with his wife and 4 yr old daughter. Disney made it so special for them down there and restaurants like Le Cellier and Coral Reef even made him special desserts.

If anyone has the information that would be great!

Thanks :)

Try googling the restaurant. At the very least you should find a phone number that you can probably call and ask for a mailing address. This will be more difficult if you are talking about park restaurants, you have to dig to make sure you are not being referred to WDW-DINE.

There is also a general WDW guest information number that will go to a call center. This will possibly work but it will take some time. Google WDW Guest Information and have patience.

I don't think WDW-DINE will be of any assistance.

Haha such a simple idea yet I didn't think of it on my own.

This is what I came up with for Coral Reef online:

2101 Epcot Resorts Boulevard
Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830-8442
(407) 939-3463

Does anyone know if that is just the general Epcot address? I am going to call them to check too.

Thanks for your help :)

(407) 939-3463 is WDW-DINE, the reservation line. You're going to need to dig deeper to find a direct number. I know one exists because people used to call Coral Reef to try and get personalized menus. Do a search here for personalized menus.

Good call! I will do :) They really need to be recognized though. It was great to hear such stories.

Thanks again!

Check your PM, I have two numbers for Coral Reef from when I had personalized menus done.

What I would strongly suggest is either e-mail to

wdw.guest.communications@disneyworld.com or a letter to

WDW Guest Communications
PO Box 10,000
Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830

Give name of the person (or people) location, date and time. They will make sure the communication gets to the individual. Normally these items will be processed through the "chain of command" with intermediate managers seeing them. Very often the immediate manager will read the letter at a pre-shift team meeting. Also, this way it will usually go in the person's records.
