What email address should I use to follow up about our experience at Ohana? Thanks
 
Are you wanting to give a compliment or complaint? If a complaint, its always best to resolve an issue in person at the time it happened. If youre looking to vent, you wont get anywhere with an Email. If youre looking to warn them about an issue that may reoccur and cause harm / illness to someone else, I would try

wdw.guest.communications@disneyworld.com , direct it to the food and beverage manager.
 
You can use the "contact us" option on the website, that's typically what I do. I have sent messages there with compliments and complaints and typically get a response.
