Email address for WDW customer service--update FOUND and included in edited post

I want to write to WDW regarding something that happened on my recent trip--something so creepy that I can't even post it here--and I don't have their email address.

Yes, I have searched these forums and can't seem to find it.

ETA: I was in a regular cash room, booked as a room-only reservation. NOT DVC.

ETA: I just found it: guest.services@disneyworld.com (and sent my email)

Was it creepy or criminal? If you need to report it to authorities don’t hesitate.

It was creepy, not criminal. I would certainly have immediately reported something criminal.

BTW, I did immediately report this noncriminal but decidedly creepy thing using chat on MDE, but they replied that I should talk to the front desk at the hotel and I just didn't have the time to do it.

Ok sounds like you are on the right track and if you don’t get anywhere with customer service (if they kinda pass the buck too) you can always send a letter to the GM of the hotel.
