If that's all it took to stop the cold i would have had her arrested awhile ago.
I live in MN and it is -50 degrees with windchill. The car didn't want to start but did luckily.
I look like a eskimo going to work.
The mail service has shut down today.
I'm thinking of WDW.

Funny story though it isnt true, of course. Apparently the picture is from several years ago and was taken in South Carolina. Obviously, the cop in short sleeves wasn't working like that in IL today with the -50 windchill.

Oh I can tell you all sorts of crazy things I've seen around Chicago with the cold.
They were also using a blowtorch to unfreeze fire hydrants here in NJ last night in order to be able to fight a fire.

Fyi, the polar vortex is a constant feature of our planet's poles. What we are seeing now is the arctic vortex moving south. This is called arctic oscillation.
