Elsa and Anna meet & greet: how long did you wait in line?

Yes, if you decide to wait, the rest of your family can explore the park... Just let them know when the line starts moving so they can line up with you.

Cool, thanks. What I'll probably do is check the line, and if its not too bad, my wife and daughter can take my spot in line and my son and I (he's 8, so could care less about Anna and Elsa) will go ride Test Track a few times!

Since they are moving,is there a need for early dinning reservations or just get the fastpass+ ( try)

I guess you can still try to do an early ADR at Crystal Palace for when MK opens at 9am if you couldn't secure a FP+. The first week of this change, MK will open at 8am every day.

And now begins the flooding of Akershus cancellations!

I'm not cancelling - we book Akershus because we love it, but I bet the availability just suddenly opened wide!

In case people (like me) are subscribed to this thread and not seen it elsewhere (Though I'm sure people are screaming about it), the FP+ for Anna and Elsa are now open :)

I see the option to book the fast pass but can't seem to click it. Looking at April 29 th. any thoughts?

I'm still stalking the ADRs. We leave next Friday and I'm hoping that someone cancels so I can try to snatch it up. Please send us some pixie dust!

This will be one fastpass+ I hope to get. If I use a fastpass+ with our 2 DD's for this can my DH use his fastpass+ on something else with our 2 DS's or do we all have to use them on the same things?

Your DH can have his own choices of Fp+. How old are your DDs? Anyone 3 years of age or older will need to have a Fp+.

I waited 20 minutes. We had ressies in Norway. We were first to be seated at 8:00 this morning. At 8:40 the waiter told my dd to go get in line, he went to each table in the order they were seated. At 9:00 when the park opened the line was 45 min within seconds it was 5 hours. We went in at 9 and was done by 9:05 and on our way with one very happy little girl.

We went last Saturday the 8th. We had the Akershus Breakfast at 8. Once the gate opened for the park, my husband just got in line. He was the first one there. We had breakfast then met him. Our waitress actually gave me a coffee and box of goodies to take out to him. I thought that was awesome. My daughter had the matching outfits for her and her American Girl doll that matched the one Anna had on. It was great, we were done by 9:10 :)

I have a really cute picture of them all matching, but it will not let me post it because I haven't posted much before lol

We got FP+ today for all of us going in May, but I could not get all 5 FP+ at the same time. So I had to make 2 of us together & the other 3 individually all around the same time. I want to say the first FP+ starts at 2:30 and the latest one starts at 2:55 so we will all be able to go in together since it is with the hour range. We have 2 daughters one 2 & the other 7 with 4 adults. The girls want to see them so bad & we just want to watch them the characters.

I made FPP reservations this morning for our May trip (10-17). All the princess meet & greets at MK were grayed out as standby only. My assumption was that those hadn't been released yet. I'll be pretty ticked if they're completely "sold out" 60 days in advance.

Are you allowed to leave Akershus whenever you want, or do they restrict that? I have an 8:10 reservation this coming Sunday, and my plan was to leave around 8:40-8:45 to go to the A&E line. Do the waiters tell you when you can leave to go to the line? Were you done with all of the Princesses in Akershus by then? Out of everything we are doing in the parks this is the one I am most worried about...lol! :) I just don't want to wait 5 hours.

That's what mine said when I tried to book all 5 of our FP+ together. It does mean that they don't have any available. It did 2 together & 3 individually all around the same time so we could go in together.
