Keep in mind a pre-nup actually favors the higher income spouse. Without it, she could be entitled to half his income. If this is even true (I doubt this information would get out if true), she probably wants to make him pay for his mistakes.

Boy, I was thinking the same thing. I'm sure anger has a little bit to do with it and they still may love one another but he sure as heck didn't love her by fooling around with 3 other gals. (I'm assuming the rumors are true)
