Electrical Water Pageant and 9:30 fireworks

Not sure this is the right place to ask, but I was wondering when Electrical Water Pageant will start when MVMCP fireworks are schedule at 9:30. Is it still at 9?

We saw it at least twice on our last trip and EWP was always at 9. VERY cool to see!
