Got a question about electricity for tent camping.
In the past, it has just been me, and all I've done is run an extension cord into my tent for my alarm clock and cell phone charger.
This trip there will be two of us.
We will each have our own tent. We will each have a personal ECV that we are using for internal Ft. Wilderness transportation. These will need charging each nite. Each of us will probably have an alarm clock and cell phone charger.
I don't remember how many 110 plugs there are in the electric pole.
If there is only one, can we plug a power strip into the electric pole, then run an extension cord to each tent with another power strip inside the tent for our stuff?
If there are two plugs, then we could run the extension cords directly from the power pole, but we would still need power strips at the end of the extension cord.
Is putting a power strip at the end of an extension cord feasible??
Thanks for your help.
Carol
