Electrical parade/EE toontown times

Having trouble understanding all the different calendars.

The electrical parade at DCA starts at 8:45, and says DCA closes at 9:00.
Is this right?

Toon Town. How do we know what time early entery is? Very confusing. We want to go to EE on Monday after we eat at Goofy's kitchen... is this possible? What time is EE that day? Is it one hour long?

EP: Yes, the EP starts at 8:45 and the park closes at 9. All attractions will be closed at 9 pm.

EE: Early entry is always one hour before regular park opening. I'm not certain when you are going, but if regular park opening is at 9 am, then EE is at 8.

Toon Town opens 1 hour after regular park opening, unless you have a ticket to TTMM. If you have a ticket to TTMM, you get into TT at park opening.
