There are a couple of "restaurants" where you can sit at to watch Fantasmic. You can get to the Riverbelle Terrace about 5pm, and wait for 4 hours, or you can pay for Priority Seating. There's the Dessert Buffet, and that runs about $40 per person. You sit up in a balcony, and have all the dessert you want, and you get a prime view of Fantasmic. I think there is also another type of Priority Seating where you get a boxed dinner, and a viewing spot for Fantasmic.
Fireworks
As for the Fireworks, I would say to stand on Main Street, near the Kodak photo shop (make sure the trees to the left don't block your view, wherever you stand) is the best spot to see the fireworks - Tinkerbell comes down in the middle of the show - it's different than the one @ WDW.
If you're going to see the Fireworks AND Fantasmic in the same night, then my recommendation is to have someone in your party stake out an area (sitting only) in front of PoC, near the photo-op sign by Rivers of America. You'll have prime viewing (for free) of Fantasmic, and you'll be able to see the fireworks fine, with a glimpse of Tinkerbell. Another option is to watch the fireworks, and then make it over for the second showing of Fantasmic -- only thing is, since Fantasmic hasn't been showing for quite some time, I expect crowds to be huge for 1st & 2nd show (time will tell).
Electrical Light Parade
For ELP - you can go over to the winery & sit up there, and watch the parade - good spot, or at the main plaza, there's some tables near the ice cream shop (Burrrrbank), where you can get a nice view.... or even at Pacific Wharf, if you don't mind watching the parade from across the water.
