Eighth Voyage of Sinbad show - when is it? Does it require tickets?

Is this something that happens several times a day, every day?

The Eigth Voyage Of Sinbad does not require tickets. Actually, it's free for every visitor. Usually the show takes place several times during the day. Be sure to check out times when you enter the park. As far as I know, it happens during the entire year. (At least it is suposed to do so )

How good a show is it? I'm going with my 5 year old son and wondering if he'll enjoy it, or be scared out of his wits.

You can get a Universal Express ticket and get priority seating, meaning that you get in before the regular crowd.

As for scary things, there are many loud explosions, so make your decision based on what you know about your kids. There are also scary monsters, but they stay on the stage and don't bug the audience.

My 5 & 7 year old boys love it! We sat down very close to the front last time and they were fine. If your son scares easily (mine don't), I'd sit closer to the back of the theatre and tell him ahead of time there will be loud noises and fire, but if he likes adventure type shows, I think he'll be fine.
