Eight Excellent Nights of Disney Dining - Deluxe Style

Narcoossee's sounds wonderful. We've booked Cali Grill this trip, but I'd like to try Narcoossee's some day. I'd also really like to try GF Cafe as well.

Hmmm, maybe I should switch it for our Coral Reef - that didn't sound great and plays into my already unsure thoughts about that ressie. DH just thinks the kids will love eating and seeing the fishies. I'm still not sold - booked but not sold.

Well here's some more food for thought regarding Coral Reef. Unless you're sitting right next to the tank, it's not so easy to see the fishies. We were all the way on the top tier of the restaurant and our view wasn't the greatest.

If you can convince DH to switch, there are so many better options in WDW. And, if you plan to spend some time inside The Living Seas, the kids can really get super close to the fishies in the all the tanks.

I've never considered the GF Cafe but after your review, I'm adding it to my list of places to eat at WDW! Thanks!

Thanks for sharing with us! I am enjoying your reviews so far!

I must be in a sweet mood because what looks the best right now is that CAKE!

Hey everyone! Sorry I've been slacking on my reviews.....been doing a lot of reorganzing on the home front and getting everyone ready for back-to-school!

I will be back in a little while (hopefully tonight) with some more reviews including Cinderella's Royal Table, Tokyo Dining and Kona Cafe (dinner and breakfast).

Oh, and I'm psyched that I was able to add our next trip to my siggie - we are tentatively going in December of 2011 - my parents' 40th wedding anniversary. Even though it's tentative, I'm still putting it up because I have to have a Disney trip to look forward to, ya know? ;)

I just found this picture. Our kids got cupcakes for their birthdays at the GF Cafe.

Standard cupcake and icing, but a very nice gesture!

Up now....Cinderella's Royal Table for my DD's 6th Birthday.

We had a 2:20pm ressie and I did try to get in earlier, to no avail. Needless to say, we were REALLY hungry when we finally got to lunch. Luckily, we were seated within 5 minutes of checking in.

I tried to photograph the menu here.

Here's DD with a Cinderella Card. I think it was some sort of invitation.

Appetizer plate. Cheese, salad, corstini/bruscetta, grapes.

Salmon entree.

Kids' chicken nuggets with soup and LOTS of noodles for DS.

Kids' grilled Mahi Mahi with strawberry yogurt and green beans. DD loved this!

Major Domo's Favorite Pie - and my favorite dish ever! Seriously, I love the combination of the pastry, beef and potatoes. DH had the same thing.

Chocolate Cream Cheese Buckle. SOOOOOOO GOOD!!!

CIMG6474.jpg

Kids' ice cream with chocolate crown and birthday cupcake!

Fresh fruit for DH. His request because he's lactose intolerant.

We met Ariel, Aurora, Cindy, Snow White and Belle. The classics.

I love CRT. It is worth it for us because it's an "experience!" I also like lunch the best because of the Domo's Pie.

More later!!!
