Eggs Rolls - Snack Item?

Of course my dad has to come up with one thing I can't seem to find any information on.
Does anyone know if the egg rolls that you can get in China at Epcot count as a snack item or not?

I got them using a snack credit either in June or last December; I can't remember for sure which.

We got egg rolls for a snack credit it June. I think you get two.
