Eggplant Parm

Anyone know if this is served anywhere in WDW? My DH just tried it for the first time and loved it!

Hi Tasha. I had it at Tony's at the MK in June (for dinner). From Deb's site -
Eggplant Rotini - roulade of eggplant and ricotta, tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese $19.49

It seemed more like spaghetti noodles than rotini, but it was still good.

I had an eggplant dish at Mama Melrose which I loved. It's not traditional eggplant parm, but I think it's way better than that. It's got the cheese on top and some tomatoes (not really sauce) and it's served on beans--really delicious.

Hello Carol! I saw this when I looked on allears but wasnt sure if this was the same as eggplant parm.. Hmm. great now I have to decide if I want to cancel another ADR for DH to get his eggplant, or wait I have a better idea.. I will just learn to make it at home!
