Eggplant Appetizer at Tutto Italia...

I saw this layered eggplant dish with a sauce and cheese on the dining review forums. I did not see it on the menu listed for Tutto Italia on any of the Disney sites I visited. It is not the eggplant with the pinenuts that they have listed.

Does anyone have a recent menu or happen to know the name of an appetizer that would be as I decribed?

Perhaps you are thinking of the eggplant napolean at Mama Melrose's instead?

We don't, as a rule, photograph our food, so, sorry - no pic..

However, I will tell you that I had that Tutto Eggplant appetizer last trip and it was absolutely perfect! A must-have for eggplant lovers!!!

MickiNicki has pictures of the Tutto Italia menu in one of her wonderful reports. ( I don't know how to link) I believe the name you are looking for is "Parmagiana Melanzane". I had this dish in December. I wonder if you could order two of these things for an entree. It was sooooo good.
