egg white facial ?

I was watching dr oz and there was a woman who did egg white facials and dr oz said it stimulates collegen. Anyone do these and how do you do them. Do you let the egg white dry and wash it off? Or do you put it on and then just wash it off? Can you use the eggwhites in the bottle or do they need to be from fresh eggs?

I've never done one but...

Dr. Phil's wife was on Rachael Ray's talk show not too long ago. She swears that it is her egg white facials that keeps her looking as good as she does.
