EEK MY CMC is no longer going to be selling!?!?!

I just got a letter today! She feels she doesn't have the time to make it really work and run it the way she wants too! I am really bummed! Granted I am using different albums but I loved their tools! Plus she was so nice and I loved going to the crops! Originally she had several planned for the summer. the letter doesn't state if she is going to con't! I still need/want the personal trimmer! She has a list of her inventory...but she just has one listed as a trimmer...So I will have to call!

Have you considered signing as a CMC and taking over her customers? I think you should talk to her about it! Of course, you'd have to sign under someone else since she'll be deactivating. Think of the discount on all your supplies now! Now to mention all the other perks of being a CMC!

No I would never want to do that. I think it takes too much dedication and commitment! Plus I am such a hodgepodge scrapper I don't stick with just one style or company. I love CM tools and have a wish list going for the things I want! She has some of it in stock but not all! I use SIAS albums now and actually signed on to sell to get the discount you only have to make one purchase per year to maintain your discount which is easy to do. It is a rather new company and things may change down the road but for now it works for me!
Plus my CM person lives about 30 minutes from me and many of her clients are even futher out! It wouldn't surprise me if she doesn't get back into it when her youngest starts school!

My CM consultant quit as well, so I did exactly what dizfamily suggested and took over. Just sent out 125 letters announcing crops for July and August. I figure now DH won't complain when I'm scrapping - hey, it's part of my job!

Planning on using the money I'll make to help pay for those APs.
