EE Chicken Exit location?

Hi all,
I love EE, but I am going to WDW with people who won't be riding it. It always works out well for us to stay together in line to enjoy the theming and then for the non-riders to use the chicken exit and wait for us riders. I'm familiar with how it works on TOT & R'NRC, but where will we all meet up after the ride? Will it be near the photo pick-up area, the giftshop or somewhere else?

I just did the chicken exit last week. Here's how it worked.

I was in the que line until the very endm when you step to the right to get in line for the cars, the chicken (me) goes straight ahead to the blue pole and out that gate. There is a CM there who tells you to go to the gift shop where you can meet your party.

Go straight into the gift shop and wait outside of the picture viewing area. Actually when my friend got off the ride, I snuck in to look at the picture.
